This is a part of my itinerary during my two week leave last Sep 2011.
It was also Matthew’s birthday, my youngest bro, and was smiling ear to ear since I arrived the previous day because of his pasalubongs, hehe.
We woke up early and after having breakfast, took a cab going to MOP. Then we got tickets sa counter for the Sun Up Saver package (Php 600/pax) which includes Jellies, Sea Lion Show, Fish Spa and the highlight, the Oceanarium.
First, we went through the Jellies exhibit (which actually went pretty fast hehe) kasi maikli lang tlga, parang mas maraming salamin hehehe. Afterwards, we went for the Sea Lion Show. Good we went for an early sked kasi outdoor yung show. If we went later, siguradong tustado ka. The Sea Lion Show was actually good. Kenkoy yung male sea lion, = )
Before heading to the next show, we had lunch sa Gerry’s Grill, which was also inside MOP. The place was full so we got outdoor seating. The food was great, the prices quite reasonable considering location, the food itself, and the service.
After lunch, we headed out for our Fish Spa. There was a line, of course, to limit each batch going for the spa. It was quite a nice (tickly) experience. But I don’t think the fish really removed all of my feet’s dead skin cells. I think I would need to stay there the whole day and the fish to work overtime, hehe.
After drying out our soft soles, we went for the main attraction – The Oceanarium. I’ve seen similar in Dubai Mall in 2009, pero siempre, iba rin ang nasa Pinas. Medyo mahaba haba rin at paglabas namin ay pagod na ang pipols, = )
We capped the day with a short visit sa MOA where Mom had a massage while my bros went for grocery. I actually wanted to stay a little longer to see the fireworks show, but we had to go due to our early trip to Tagaytay the next day. Guess what, we still got to see the fireworks, while stuck in traffic, hehe.
Here are some photos from our MOP trip, = )
