UAE in less than 48 hours

Who ever said, “All work and no play makes Juan a dull boy,” must be right, indeed.

So we took the opportunity to jump in a plane to work + play, one weekend in the UAE. 🙂

Day 1 (FRIDAY)

02:20 AM Check in @ BIA. I think I did with my eyes half closed. Still so sleepy. 🙂

roaming around BIA duty free while waiting for boarding, so as not to fall asleep 🙂

03:50 AM Depart BAH via Emirates (duration: 1hour ave.)

*BAH: GMT + 3

aboard EK flight BAH-DXB

06:05 AM Touchdown DXB!

*DXB: GMT +4

Good Morning Deira

We arrived quite early (the seminar doesn’t start until 10:00 AM) so we decided to have an early stroll around Deira until we reached Al Ghurair and just in time, Chowking opened. 🙂

Marhaba Chowking!

Happiness for breakfast, chos! 🙂

We took our time, enjoying our Silog breakfast (there’s no Chowking in Bahrain hehe). And if only Jollibee was within walking distance from our hotel, I’m sure we’d go there as well. Nope, haven’t had the chance to check out the Jollibee located in Bur Dubai. Next time, therefore. 🙂

Tulog pa ang kaluluwa ni Buboy…

  1. Awesome travel blast!! I suddenly remember when I got stranded in HK Airport, the plane going to Philippines left already and no choice but to go out HK Airport and accept the free accommodation from Cathay Pacific and it was a 12-hr wander to HK blast naman.

    • hehe, kapagod pero ansaya noh? so sulit to have seen that much within a very limited period of time. looking forward to the next micro vacation! (love ur post about that) 🙂
