This post is part of a series on our trip to Boracay in December 2012, during my four-week home leave. This is my second chance to visit this island paradise, while it’s a first time for Buboy. And we were both looking forward to experiencing that indeed, It’s More Fun in The Philippines!
Our supposed to be “power nap” lasted a few hours.
Hoy Buboy, gising na! Sayang ang Day 1 kung itutulog mo lang ng bongga! Yalla, get up! 🙂
And one thing more, I’m already hungry. It’s way past lunch time lah. :p
So we freshened up, and walked back to the main street to find a decent eatery. A few meters walk led us to one and we had full meals (with extra rice pa ha) all under Php 100. Oha! Tipid moves lah.
Now we’re all fueled up for a walkathon along the beach.🙂
We started our walk from our hostel’s area in Station 2 going to Station 1.
Btw, all photos are from my mobile phone as usual, didn’t adjust anything basta click lang ng click,🙂
We walked past hotels, restos and other landmarks which we noted from the map/guide.
Pagdating namin sa dulo ng White Beach, akala ko babalik na kami, hindi raw. Lakad pa.
There’s a walk way to reach Diniwid Beach so we went ahead and saw this grotto along the way.
Ahhhhh, yun pala yun…perstaym lah. :)
We enjoyed our Chori Burger while staring at Boracay’s amazing sunset colors.
We just sat there until the sun went down completely. Then gora na for hapunan!🙂
Stroll muna kami inside and checked some shops, anlawak pala ng d’mall (parang mall nga, hehe)
Unfortunately, wala kaming nakitang Jollibee (walang Jollibee dito sa Bahrain, patawarin). Wala rin sa guide.
Then Buboy went over to check out Andok’s. I thought litsong manok lang meron dine. May sinigang din and everything! In short, Andok’s for hapunan. Solb!
After dinner, stroll ulit ng konti and then called it a day. Instead of partying all night, we agreed to sleep early to recharge batteries for tomorrow’s activities.
Or maybe, we’re just really getting old. : p
